Roast-to-order means we don’t roast your coffee until you place your order. This ensures your beans are at peak freshness when they arrive—unlike grocery store coffee that’s been sitting on a shelf for weeks (or months!)

How fresh is your coffee?

Your coffee is roasted within 1-5 days of your order, then promptly packaged and shipped. You’ll receive your beans just days after they’ve been roasted—never stale, always flavorful.

What roast levels do you offer?

We offer light, medium, and dark roasts, as well as custom blends. Each roast is carefully developed to highlight the natural flavors of the beans.

How should I store my coffee?

Keep your coffee in a cool, dry place, sealed in the original bag or in an airtight container. Avoid the fridge or freezer—moisture and temperature changes can damage the flavor.
