Electric Owl Coffee is committed to providing exceptional quality coffee. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt with your order number and description of the issue. We may request photos of the product to verify the problem.

If approved, we will offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the same product
  • Store credit for the purchase amount
  • Refund to your original payment method

No Buyer’s Remorse Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on personal preference or buyer’s remorse. This includes situations where:

  • You changed your mind about your purchase
  • You ordered the wrong item
  • You don’t enjoy the flavor profile

Shipping Errors
