At Electric Owl Coffee, we’re committed to delivering fresh, high-quality coffee straight to your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how and when your order will arrive.
Order Processing
All orders are roasted to order and typically ship within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Note: Processing time may vary slightly during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, promotions), but we do our best to keep things on schedule.
Shipping Methods and Rates
All of our orders are shipped via USPS.
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days after dispatch within the U.S. Longer for International orders)
- Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Your order may be delivered in multiple packages, as our inventory is distributed across warehouses throughout the country and internationally. This approach helps us ensure efficient fulfillment and delivery of your items
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey. If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@electricowlcoffee.com
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you and the carrier to make it right.
International Shipping
We deliver to Canada, the United States, Europe, and the majority of other countries worldwide. Delivery fees are determined at checkout.
